Meet the Staff
Originally from beautiful Puerto Rico, I moved to Florida in 1993 after completing my college education in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. In 2003, my husband and I opened our own real estate office in West Palm Beach, which we successfully ran for five years. That experience helped shape the professional I am today.
I earned my real estate license in 2004 and have been proudly helping people buy and sell homes ever since. I’ve worked with clients throughout Palm Beach County and the Naples area, which has been my home since 2007.
To better serve my clients, I’ve continued to grow professionally. I hold the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, which reflects my commitment to advanced training, ethical standards, and professionalism. I also earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification in October 2022 and became a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) in October 2023. In 2024, I expanded into property management and joined the team at Fourland Realty, Inc. as Operations Manager. This new chapter has allowed me to support both property owners and tenants, helping them navigate their housing needs with care and confidence. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients. I believe that clear communication is key to building strong relationships, especially when it comes to maintaining a positive rapport with tenants. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids. I love spending time with my family, traveling, and enjoying life’s simple joys. One of my favorite hobbies is crocheting, and I enjoy creating handmade pieces that I love sharing with friends and loved ones. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, rent, or need help managing your property, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My name is Magda Hernandez, and I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. From an early age, I was passionate about learning and committed to personal and professional growth.
I pursued my education at Sacred Heart University, where I built a strong academic foundation. Later, I graduated from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, a significant milestone in my career path.
After completing my studies, I moved to Florida, where I began working at 3i Implant Innovations. There, I had the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and later transitioned into the Clinical Research Department. I was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Europe and Australia, which was a challenging yet enriching experience that broadened my global perspective.
After ten years at 3i, I transitioned into a new role with a management company, which eventually changed hands. I continue to work with the current company, managing its leasing operations and contributing to its ongoing success.
My journey has been shaped by perseverance, adaptability, and a deep commitment to excellence. Each stage of my life has taught me valuable lessons that continue to guide me both personally and professionally.

I am a Florida native, born in Wellington, FL, with a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. My background has equipped me with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively—qualities that translate seamlessly into the multifaceted world of facilities maintenance.
I began my career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Florida State University, where I spent two years working with a wide range of athletic programs, including softball, baseball, track and field, swimming and diving, and more. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I expanded my knowledge by spending a year in Massachusetts, at Merrimack College, working with teams such as field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse while completing my master’s degree.
Transitioning from athletics, I pursued a long-standing passion for hands-on work and problem-solving. Over the past couple years, I have been actively building my skills and knowledge across all areas of residential and facilities maintenance. I take pride in learning the fundamentals of each trade and applying that knowledge to keep spaces safe, functional, and well maintained.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and spending time restoring and maintaining my 1979 Ford F100 Ranger. Whether on the job or off, I’m always eager to learn, improve, and lend a capable hand wherever it’s needed.
